Brian Wahl represents restaurants and hotels with alcohol-related regulatory compliance, license acquisition and transfer, and dram shop/social host litigation. He advocates on behalf of a wide variety of business interests with respect to their regulatory and licensing needs in Alabama. Brian has spent the last 15 years building working relationships with regulators, elected officials and their staff at both the state and local level of government and is well-equipped to assist national counsel in connection with multi-state transactions involving their business clients in the alcohol industry. In addition to transactional and one-off litigation matters, Brian assists clients with enforcement actions and advises on day-to-day operational matters for Alabama-based enterprises.
